To suggest that Karen has had an unconventional career path, is a fairly major understatement. As one of  the first and few female ‘heavy-lift’ helicopter pilots, Karen began her flight career on Vancouver Island and spent 30 years flying just under 20,000 hours. After working in Papua New Guinea she returned home to the Comox Valley and wrapped up her pilot’s career in 2021.

Over those years Karen has built and sold many custom homes within the Comox Valley. She has a genuine passion for people. Her kind, friendly and enthusiastic outlook on life made Karen’s move to a career in real estate a natural transition.
